Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse structures
Partnering with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Building and optimizing data models, schemas, and database structures
Implementing data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes
Developing dashboards and analytical tools to support business insights
Supporting tool selection, data platform enhancements, and adoption of new technologies
Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring data availability and performance
Contributing to data governance, documentation, and data dictionary development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Data Analyst, data analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
Strong experience with SQL and relational/NoSQL databases
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts
Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (nice to have)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with high attention to detail
Ability to design scalable data pipelines and optimize data models
Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices
Positive, proactive approach toward automation and modern data tooling
