Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and data engineering pipelines to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools and modern technologies to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement across data systems
  • Evaluate emerging trends and AI methodologies to inform solution design, data architecture, and strategic innovation
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and data stores (SQL/NoSQL) with a focus on cloud and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) ecosystems
  • Provide sizing, configuration assistance, and needs assessments for database architecture and data storage retrievals
  • Ensure strict data quality, integrity, and compliance, performing regular data profiling, cleaning, and optimization for reporting, analytics, and machine learning
  • Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify future opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering, data science, and product teams to translate advancements into production-ready data capabilities
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data warehousing
  • 2+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, or other modern programming languages
  • 1+ years of experience working with cloud-based data storage and architecture (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 1+ years of experience with data integration, data profiling, cleansing, and establishing automated data quality checks
  • 1+ years of experience developing and deploying automations or integrating advanced technology tools into data workflows
