Ensures data quality, governance, performance, and maintainability while supporting data warehousing and integration initiatives. Leads Oracle-to-Netezza data migration activities and collaborates with stakeholders, architects, and development teams. Requires extensive data modeling experience, strong Oracle and SQL expertise, and banking domain knowledge.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Data Modeler.
- Strong experience in the Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teradata or Netezza (MPP architecture)
- Experience with Data Migration Project
- Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance data requirements is a plus.
