Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of data-driven products. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven solutions, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into innovative data products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders—to develop scalable data products.
- Drive data strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and advanced analytics integration.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, from inception to execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI/ML models to optimize product offerings and enhance decision-making.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all data-related initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and drive improvements.
- Advocate for best practices in data management, architecture, and visualization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to data and analytics.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, effectively communicating technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, big data technologies, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL pipelines for data management and transformation.
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and data monetization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud technologies are a plus.
