- Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to build end-to-end intelligent agent solutions.
- Apply data science techniques including machine learning and predictive modelling to enrich agent functionality.
- Integrate the agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs for contextual, real-time responses.
- Implement custom workflows, triggers, and connectors to extend agent capabilities
- Optimize conversation flows, implement prompt engineering best practices, and utilize analytics for continuous improvement.
