Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role requires a combination of strong data science fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative modeling, and a proven ability to build scalable, production-ready systems.
As a key member of our Data Science & AI team, you will spearhead the development of advanced analytics and GenAI-driven solutions across multiple business functions, including:
- Product Assortment and Pricing Optimization
- Supply Chain Optimization
- Demand Forecasting
- Propensity, Loyalty & Customer Segmentation Models
- Recommendation Engines & Personalization
- Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & Media Investment Optimization (MIO)
You will apply Regression, Bayesian modeling, Classification, Time Series forecasting, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to power actionable predictions and insights — while expanding AI capabilities into:
- Computer Vision solutions such as object detection/recognition, product imagery analysis
- Image-to-Text modeling, document intelligence, OCR, and multi-modal LLM applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, train, and deploy generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and transformer-based systems.
- Develop robust predictive and optimization models using structured and unstructured data sources.
- Implement and deploy machine learning models using AWS SageMaker for scalable and efficient performance in a cloud environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive model lifecycle management from research and experimentation through deployment and monitoring.
- Maintain high standards for model governance, explainability, performance, and ethical AI.
- Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements and proactively evaluate new tools, methods, and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
- Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning architectures.
- Strong foundation in Generative AI, with experience in LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong command of Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience building and deploying models into production environments.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Degree (Bachelor's / Master’s / PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or related field.
Additional Skills :
- Experience with A/B testing, econometrics, or other statistical experimentation methods.
- Familiarity with other cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and client-facing roles.
