Job Description:
Database Administrator (MySQL, AWS RDS, CloudWatch, Redshift)
Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai
• 8 - 20 years of hands-on expertise in Database Administration
Administer, monitor, and optimize RDS MySQL databases; provide support for Redshift where applicable.
Solid understanding of SQL, performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS CloudWatch administration and optimization.
Handle production support, including incident response, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of data platforms.
Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Partner with Data Engineers to support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and schema design.
Assist in building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for data platform automation.
