The Senior Design Engineer will lead technical guidance in delivering high-quality designs for doors and closures. Responsibilities include concept generation and overseeing components and sub-assemblies.

Job Responsibilities:
Designation: Senior Design Engineer
Role Purpose
To provide technical guidance to the team members to deliver project specific outputs based on the work packages identified by team lead with expected level of quality and within acceptable timeframe.
Reporting to- Assistant Manager/ Manager
Responsibilities:
Key Performance Indicators:
Timely and accurate delivery Working discipline. Components and sub assembly ownership.
Role Requirement:
Educational Qualification:
BE / DME in Mechanical/production/automobile stream
No. of years of work experience: If BE then 8- 10 years If DME then 10-12 years
Critical Skill Sets
Proficiency in languages •
English • Hindi • Regional / Native Language

- Basic Vehicle architecture (monocoque, space frame, cab-on-frame) •
- Creation and understanding of master sections •
- Joinery definitions and assembly sequence. •
- Vehicle Manufacturing & Assembly Process •
