Why we're hiring:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica IICS Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data integration and management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data integration solutions using IICS.
- Create data mappings, workflows, and data quality rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize advanced IICS features such as data profiling, data quality, and data masking.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data integration processes.
- Optimize data mappings, workflows, and transformations to improve execution time and resource utilization.
- Implement performance tuning techniques to enhance system efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in data integration processes.
- Provide timely solutions to resolve data integration problems.
- Monitor system health and performance to proactively identify potential issues.
Data Governance and Security:
- Adhere to data governance policies and standards.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other team members to understand data requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What you'll need:
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Informatica IICS, including mapping designer, workflow manager, and data quality tools.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration patterns.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling concepts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data integration solutions.
- Experience with data migration and data warehousing projects.
