Key Responsibilities

  • Developing C# .NET solutions for the organization.
  • Automating the deployment of in-house applications.
  • Creating and maintaining tools for use by the development teams.
  • Debugging and maintaining written code.
  • Defining and organizing projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Reporting and resolving issues related to application infrastructure.
  • Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
  • Working in a project team alongside other developers.
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organization.
  • Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
  • Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • On-premises service experience with DevOps.
  • C#, .NET 6 (or higher) and Git experience.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a C# programmer or developer.
  • Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with Docker and its use in service-based architectures.
  • Experience with scripting using PowerShell and Bash.
  • Experience with self-hosted GitHub Actions.
  • Intermediate networking knowledge.
  • Intermediate Linux knowledge.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others, influence cross-functional teams, and lead by example in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with team members, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving system issues efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Additional Experience Desired

  • Knowledge of other coding-languages (Python, Golang, C++, etc).
  • Experience working with automated testing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize efforts based on business impact, highlighting strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in providing accurate status tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and effective communication within and across teams.
  • Capability to estimate testing and deployment efforts accurately, showcasing an understanding of project scope and timelines.
