Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) As part of our team within the central IT at Bosch you will provide an on-premise cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack and Ceph in Bosch datacenter as fundament of Bosch's internal cloud platform offering
2) Automate Everything and Everything as Code: Automate the complete lifecycle of all cloud infrastructure layers and apply Infrastructure as Code paradigm to document and manage multiple cloud instances
3) Management and development of infrastructure automation and integrations for provisioning, measuring, billing and administration of private cloud tenants in Go-Lang
4) Administrate and operate k8s based deployments in OpenShift
Required Skills
1) Personality: High personal responsibility, motivation and willing to improve himself continually; Willing to cooperate in an agile, inter-disciplinary, international and virtually organized DevOps team; Fluency in spoken and written: English, Strong communication skills
2) Education/Knowledge: Degree in computer science, systems /software engineering or comparable; Knowhow in some of the grounding technologies OpenShift/K8s, Go-Lang, Vault, Ansible and Linux
3) Experience: Automation and service integration via customer software written in Go-Lang/Python; Hands-on experience in administration of K8s clusters, containerized workloads and OpenStack-based VM deployments; implementing CI/CD pipelines (preferable in Gitlab), preferably for infrastructure deployments; Proven knowledge in an industry leading infrastructure automation language like Terraform/Ansible; Ability to develop, test and manage clean code with Git/Ginkgo; Linux administration, problem solving skills and shell scripting
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science, systems /software engineering or comparable
Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience OpenShift/K8s, Go-Lang, Vault, Ansible and Linux
Mandatory/requires Skills : OpenShift/K8s, Go-Lang, Vault, Ansible and Linux
