Who You Are5–7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
Hands-on production experience with AWS (Azure is preferred; multi-cloud exposure is a plus.
Strong practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform preferred)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
Hands-on experience managing distributed data systems such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Redis
Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices
Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, logging systems, etc.)
Understanding of zero-trust access concepts and secure production access practices
Experience working in multi-tenant or SaaS environments is preferred
Exposure to service mesh technologies is a plus
Familiarity with compliance and security standards is advantageous
Implement and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI environments
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and automation tools
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD (GitOps model)
Deploy, manage, and scale distributed data systems including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis, and ArangoDB
Implement secure production access using IAM, RBAC, and zero-trust principles
Configure and enhance observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
Improve system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness
Optimize autoscaling strategies, resource allocation, and cloud cost utilization (FinOps awareness)
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvement
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to strengthen DevSecOps maturity
