The Senior DevOps engineer is to help lead our infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform reliability. You'll play a critical role in designing scalable, secure systems and enabling high-velocity development through DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ArgoCD, or CloudFormation
· Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
· Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance and deployment workflows
· Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g., DataDog, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, incidents, and service degradation
· Drive automation efforts across infrastructure, deployments, and operational tasks
· Contribute to DevOps strategy, tooling standards, and operational playbooks
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering
· Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure)
· Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
· Proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting
· Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)
· Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
· Familiarity with observability stacks (monitoring, logging, tracing)
· Experience with security best practices for cloud and DevOps workflows
· Proficient in scripting/programming (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
· Jira/Confluence Experience
Ideal Candidate Attributes
· Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKAD, Terraform Associate)
· Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments
· Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, Kustomize
· Experience with Software Development Methodologies.
