Responsibilities
▪ Highlight the main responsibilities
⇨ Perform EMC Design Engineer role following Valeo EMC Design Processes.
⇨ System level EMC risk assessment in terms of requirements, mechatronic design implementation, validation,
product and vehicle integration aspects.
⇨ Review and approve the mechatronic deliverables such as circuit schematic, PCB layout, harness and mechanical
design for EMC.
⇨ Perform circuit & 3D simulations to assess the EMC risks and test failures.
⇨ Prepare the EMC test plan with the knowledge of international standards, regulations and product applications.
⇨ Responsible for EMC Pre-Compliance and/or Pre-DV testing of the projects.
⇨ Taking full ownership of the projects for the EMC activities and managing all the stakeholders including customers.
⇨ Capture LLCs and capitalize the outcomes using the appropriate Valeo methods/tools such as eBB, SPIDER, GSI
standards, etc,.
⇨ Is active in the EMC Valeo network and contribute to the knowledge / experience sharing sessions.
⇨ Is committed to comply with and implement the safety/environmental policy of the Division.
