Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned engineer to join our Enterprise Data Platform team as a DevOps engineer, reporting to the Capability Lead – QA & DevOps. As a key member of McAfee’s enterprise data platform team, you will be responsible for DevOps activities on the Databricks platform.
This is a Remote position located in India. We are only considering candidates located in India and are not providing relocation at this time.
About the Role:

Manage DevOps activities on AWS and Databricks platform, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Oversee Databricks cluster configurations, deployments, and optimize workload performance.

Lead cross-functional initiatives on data platforms, developing solutions for complex business needs.

Provide thought leadership in quality automation, RPA, and data observability.

Manage infrastructure for tools like Collibra, Airflow, and High touch; implement governance around data lifecycle.
About You:

7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform management, automation, and site reliability engineering.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Expertise in creating solutions for complex problems and designing innovative approaches.

Relevant certifications in AWS, Databricks, DevOps tools (CI/CD, IaC) highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with Databricks, Collibra, Spark, Python, Airflow, and CI/CD pipelines.
