The Senior Engineer - Implementation Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the quality and success of implementation projects. This role involves designing and executing QA processes, collaborating with project teams, and addressing quality issues during project implementation.

• Develop and implement QA strategies and processes for implementation projects, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases specific to implementation activities, including system configurations, integrations, and migrations.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and address quality issues during project implementation.

• Monitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates and test coverage, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure that implementation processes are followed and that any deviations are addressed promptly.

• Stay current with QA best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating advancements into QA processes as appropriate.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior QA engineers, contributing to their growth and development.
