About the Opportunity
Join Ericsson as a Network Engineer to leverage your technical knowledge for the analysis, audit, design, and optimization of our advanced telecom networks. This vital role spans across various domains, such as RAN, Transport, IP Core, and Services Networks. You will be engaged right from the pre-sales of our services and networks, through delivery and acceptance. Your deep technical insights and innovative approach will be essential in delivering high-quality network designs, audits and optimizations to meet our exacting standards and customers' needs. You will support our pre-sales organization with your technical network analysis to create compelling business opportunities. You must be comfortable working with new Ericsson analytics solutions related to automation and machine learning tools. A keen focus on efficiency, project outcomes, financial and commercial aspects and adherence to health and safety standards are crucial for this role.
What you will do:
Ability to analyze, discuss & define Network requirements and review Network Solutions.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution.
Prepare IP Documents (HLD/LLD as per Requirement).
Ability to lead integration services for Telcom IP Networks.
Perform MPBN Network Audit (i.e.Security, Configuration & Hardware).
Troubleshoots network problems and implements corrective action.
Analysis of Different KPIs & Recommendation of Network Best Practices.
Deliver technical assistance to the team, Optimization of MBPN and ISP networks.
The skills you bring:
Hands on experience in Configuration of Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Arbor, Checkpoint, FortiGate and ZTE Network/Security Devices, Troubleshooting - Network related issues.
Experience in Telecom Technologies (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G), Multi-Vendor Migration of Services.
Should have sound knowledge in routing and VPN technology (OSPF, ISIS,BGP MPLS, SR & L3/L2 VPN, EVPN) and QOS along with Traffic Engineering
Should have sound knowledge in Firewall, DDoS, DNS, DPI & load balancer.
Strong understanding of ISP network technologies, including CDNs, IX, and network optimization techniques.
Planning, Design & Optimization of IP/MPLS Network.
Excellent knowledge in Routing Protocols and MPLS Transport.
In-depth understanding and hands-on expertise in Layer 2 networking technologies.
Professional /Expert IP Certification. (CCIE, JNCIE, CCNP, JNCIP)
