The Senior Engineer / Technical Lead will be responsible for product requirement understanding, architectural design, and documentation. This role involves working with Linux for hardware bring-up, firmware development, and ensuring quality through code reviews and design reviews. The candidate will coordinate with the onsite development team and collaborate with customers on documentation and project requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
- Product Requirement Understanding, Collaboration requirements with customer and Writing requirement document
- Product Architect Design and documentation
- Work on Linux platform for Hardware bring up and porting
- Code review
- Coordination with onsite development team
- Collaboration with customer at customer site
- Work in an Agile, be part of scrum and help onsite team for collaboration and work assignment
- To review software implementation for various firmware implementations and update portions of software documentation (including architecture, interfaces, detailed design).
- Participate in updating documentation with required content.
- Participate in Design Reviews of the updated documentation with the extended software team.
- Collaboratively work with and coordinate with Customer
What Are We Looking For
- Embedded Firmware development for Intrusion, Fire safety, Home Automation products
- Firmware development for Linux based products
- Pro-active, accountable and focused; with the ability to take ownership of project requirements without constant supervision. Should have good analytical skill to root cause the problem and debug the same
- Must possess strong communication, documentation and organizational skills
