You will: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. 
  • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software systems. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and improvements. 
  • Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. 
  • Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and security of our systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them grow in their careers. 

Your team will: 

  • Work on challenging projects that solve real-world problems for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software that meets the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate new features and improvements.
  • Continuously improve our development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality. 
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the availability and reliability of our systems. 

About you:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams. 
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development and architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to drive technical projects from concept to completion. 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices. 
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. 
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems. 
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
