We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our growing team — someone who can combine technical depth with strong execution and people leadership. This is a high-ownership role where you'll lead critical initiatives, build and scale high-performing teams, and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and engineering culture.

What will you do? 🤔
  • Drive outcomes, not just projects: Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex projects — across backend, infrastructure, and data systems — by partnering closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders. You’ll bring clarity to scope, simplify ambiguous problems, and ensure teams ship high-impact, high-quality work that’s aligned with real customer needs.

  • Coach for compounding impact:Grow engineers through feedback, mentorship, and scope calibration. Champion a culture of psychological safety, clarity, and radical ownership to help individuals thrive and the team scale sustainably.

  • Be hands-on where it counts: Lead architectural conversations, unblock engineering challenges, and guide teams through high-stakes technical decisions. You’ll engage meaningfully with the work — not just coordinate or report on it.

  • Build the engine for scale: Define and improve team rituals, engineering metrics, on-call processes, and incident practices. You’ll help lay the foundations for a high-trust, high-autonomy engineering organization.

  • You’re a systems thinker: You can zoom out and connect the dots between technical decisions, product strategy, and org design. Bonus if you’ve contributed to engineering strategy or built org-wide frameworks/processes.

  • You bias for action in ambiguity: You thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments where problems aren’t always fully defined. You bring structure without over-engineering it.
