"Technology Program Manager – Enterprise Architecture & Information Security (TCoE) Department: Technology & Data Reports to: Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader Location: India – Technology Center of Excellence (TCoE) Job Summary Independence Pet Holdings (IPH) is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation to modernize its technology ecosystem and establish scalable, secure, and standardized enterprise capabilities across its operating companies globally. The Technology Program Manager – Enterprise Architecture & Information Security is responsible for supporting execution and coordinated delivery of strategic technology initiatives across IPH’s enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, and transversal technology workstreams. Reporting into the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Office (TPDO), this role partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data, Digital, and business delivery teams to drive execution alignment, delivery transparency, and coordinated outcomes across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives. This role requires strong execution discipline, organizational coordination, and delivery management capabilities within complex enterprise environments. The successful candidate will help support integrated planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, operational governance, and cross-functional execution in support of IPH’s broader Paw Print transformation program and enterprise modernization strategy.
