We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Developer / Administrator in the Enterprise will...
- Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM and other aligned modules
- Implement and enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions using: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies. Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items
- Implement workflows and automations to improve service efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities
- Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
- Enable self-service capabilities leveraging Now Assist, Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management
- Support CMDB and Asset Management processes, ensuring data quality and CSDM alignment
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Ensure platform security, performance, and adherence to governance and best practices
- Own platform architecture, customization strategy, and overall solution design
- Review and approve technical designs, scripts, and integration patterns
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and governance
What you'll bring:
- 5-8+ years of overall IT experience with 3-5+ years on ServiceNow development
- Advanced expertise in server-side and client-side scripting, performance optimization, and debugging
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Solid understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent
- Working experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release cycles
- Knowledge of integrations, authentication methods, and APIs
- Experience designing scalable automations and reusable components
- Familiarity with CMDB concepts, Discovery, and service mapping (preferred)
- Fluency in English
