About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of expertise in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Customer Payment Collections to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately managing customer payment collections, resolving queries, and ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers across multiple jurisdictions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all emails in the AR Inbox, updating notes in the Aged Debtors report and NetSuite.
  • Upload invoices to customer portals when CSR teams are unable to do so due to system-specific requirements.
  • Work directly with customers to negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely collections.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, guiding them through the repayment process.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up regularly to secure payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to support debtor management.
  • Prepare and provide periodic AR dashboards, trackers, and aging reports to management.
  • Independently execute transactional tasks that ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Adhere to internal compliance policies and operational guidelines established by management.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from management.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle high volumes of work while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.

Required Competencies


  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Inter CA / CMA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Customer Payment Collections across multiple jurisdictions. Familiarity with applicable tax laws will be an added advantage
