Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies, capable of authorizing transactions across global currencies.
Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior management within the organization. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for executives and senior management.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Arrange logistics for meetings, such as room bookings and catering.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives and senior management.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative support and coordination.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and functional.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, with at least 2 years supporting senior management or executives.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
