This Senior Executive Assistant will report to the Head of People Analytics and will provide extensive, targeted management of day-to-day administrative support activities for the Sr. Executive and team. This role requires professional demeanor, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills, with a particularly high level of discretion and flexibility in interactions with internal employees and external clients. The role is based in Atlanta.
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted and highly reliable support in the full spectrum of administrative activities.
Extensive calendar management, agenda development and meeting coordination using Microsoft Outlook.
Review documents prepared for the executive leadership team and other management to ensure consistent formatting and professional presentation.
Handle all meeting logistics and preparation of meeting and conference materials.
Participate in and contribute to key meetings with the team.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports in Concur.
Help prepare spreadsheets and presentations for the firm's executive leadership team.
Develop grammatically accurate documents and correspondence including contracts, presentations, emails, letters, memos, and spreadsheets, for internal and external use.
Management phones, keeping a call log, transferring, conferencing and routing all business related calls in a discreet and professional manner.
Qualifications:
8+ years direct experience supporting corporate executives, preferably in a multi-national company.
Proven discretion and demonstrated ability to assume autonomy and use independent judgment.
Must be a forward thinker and have the ability to take initiative.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, proficient in multitasking and detail oriented.
Ability to provide thorough support in an environment of high confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient with MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Concur, Ariba, Sharepoint preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
