Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher with up to 6 months of internship experience to join our Business Analyst team. The candidate will support requirement gathering, workflow design, and data analysis activities within the EXLMINE™ platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, and system workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Support the configuration and implementation of workflows within the EXLMINE™ application.
- Prepare basic documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and meeting notes.
- Work with teams to understand business needs and support solution design under guidance.
- Assist in testing, issue tracking, and basic root cause analysis.
- Support data validation and reporting activities.
- Learn and assist in mapping data fields for reporting systems.
- Gain understanding of existing processes and support documentation of workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–6 months of internship experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Healthcare domain (preferred).
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, reports).
- Willingness to learn SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently with guidance and take initiative.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to healthcare domain concepts (EHR/EMR, claims processing – basic level).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools (basic level).
Soft Skills:

- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
