- Conduct weekly / monthly review meeting on Design Notes status with controllers
- CTS Flow Open/Closure based on adoptions planned at export plants.
- Discuss with overseas plants for any concerns / support
- MBOM check/approval for KD countries
- Support team members for any concerns raised by supplier
New Project Activity
- Prepare Project Master schedule & conduct kick off meeting with all stake holders
- KD Spec setting in G2B for new projects
- Conduct Supplier kick off / OTOP readiness meetings with Purchase, Suppliers
- Weekly Project review with controllers to update Parts / PSW / PO / PDS status
Right time escalation to concerned members for issues to avoid project milestones impact.
