Lead end-to-end recruitment, manage contract labour through CLMS, administer Workday MPR processes, and run job postings and interview coordination. Oversee trainee and apprentice learning programs, update the LMS, collect training feedback, and manage CL wage and attendance reporting. Ensure 100% statutory compliance via Legatrix and handle procurement requests for office and employee consumables.
Recruitment:
- Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour)
- Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved.
- Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process.
- Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process
Contract Labour Management (CLMS):
- Maintaining CLMS Portal
- Attendance Report Generation / Monitoring absenteeism
- CL wages process
Learning and Development:
- Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme.
- Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module
- Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness.
Legal Compliances
- Maintaining and Ensure 100% Statutory requirements.
- Updating compliances status in legatrix
General activites
- Raising PR and for Office & Employee related consumables
