What will you do:
- To execute assigned operational tasks with accuracy and within turnaround time.
- To identify issues, escalate deviations from SOPs, and suggest improvements.
- To work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
- To maintain proper documentation of workflows, updates, and process changes.
- To assist in the execution of any process improvement projects whenever necessary.
Requirements
What are we looking for:
- Experience in hire purchase and/or automotive industry.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset.
You will shine if you have:
- Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Detailed oriented and familiar with SC guidelines and/or SME Financing
- Available on an immediate basis.
