With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Its expertise extends to warp-knit solutions through the INNTRIX collection, catering to activewear, sportswear, and femtech markets. Noyon also pioneers sustainable solutions such as Planetones, a 100% natural dye solution for lace.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in implementing MOS initiatives whilst keeping record of the performance measures in order to ensure a Lean culture is achieved and sustained within the Business Unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the senior teams in conducting all MOS/IE related projects and initiatives in the Business Unit in order to drive a culture of continuous improvement and be accountable for the successful rollout of the assigned projects.
  • Strengthen problem escalation mechanisms and assist in the establishment of a problem-solving culture within the organization using the TL/GL structure and other relevant tools/mechanisms.
  • Facilitate/capture learnings from Consultant visits, MAS Lean resources, Divisional Lean resources, internal resource persons etc. to bridge knowledge gaps and follow-up/ensure the actions/ milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes in order to support productivity.
  • Maintain the procedures laid out for internal and external MOS audits/calibrations, be part of conducting pre-audits/final assessments and record the feedback provided for continuous improvement.
  • Drive value stream improvement initiatives to overcome constraints, enhance throughput or improve material flow.
  • Conduct internal training, coaching and provide guidance and post training evaluations by coordination with the senior team in order to enhance Lean awareness across the organization.
  • Assist the senior team with the annual budgeting process pertaining to project initiatives and ensure adherence to budget.
  • Assist the assigned MOS pillar teams to deliver expected business results and periodically review progress by attending their weekly meetings and report performance to the senior team regularly.



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Management/Science/Engineering.
  • 3-4 years relevant industry experience.
  • Good communication skills.
