Job Title Senior Executive – PPC Reporting To Senior Manager - PPC Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level SE Job Objective We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive – PPC to manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination in a solar manufacturing plant. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production flow, meeting delivery timelines, and optimizing resources. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1)

- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity
- Monitor production vs plan and take corrective actions

- Coordinate with Production, SCM, Procurement, and Logistics teams
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and dispatch planning
- Track and control inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG)
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production flow
- Work on ERP/MRP systems for planning and reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and analyse performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / B.Sc / Supply Chain / Operations)
- 5–8 years of experience in PPC / Manufacturing (Solar preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
