Communicate with US attorneys, insurance companies, hospitals, and other parties; negotiate settlements within established authority levels; maintain accurate confidential records; and respond promptly to communications. The role also requires strong productivity, analytical ability, process improvement contributions, and readiness to assume additional senior responsibilities.

- Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical or other documents relating to funds paid.

- Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes, while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager.
Qualifications:

12th Grade
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in an international voice process.
- US Healthcare Experience preferred
