Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of all technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, UPS, Fire & Safety).
Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical equipment and utilities.
Attend and resolve technical breakdowns within defined TAT.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently to minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment history, logs, and service records.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with AMC vendors and service contractors.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Verify service reports and certify bills after validation.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms (Electrical safety, Fire NOC, Lift compliance, etc.).
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Support audits and inspections by statutory authorities.
Team Coordination
Guide and supervise technicians and operators on-site.
Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Conduct toolbox talks and basic technical training when required.
