Senior Executive

Conduct operational analyses to support process improvement initiatives. Prepare operational performance reports for management review.

Support the development and optimization of healthcare analytics models. Perform more advanced data analysis and visualization tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and insights. Enhance skills in healthcare analytics tools and technologies. Begin to mentor junior team members.

Conduct analysis on operational performance. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

• Work closely with analytics consultants to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.  
• Analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity. 
• Develop interactive and actionable visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. 

Bachelor�s degree in Business, Data Science, Operations, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in operations or business analytics.

Graduate in Healthcare, Business, Data Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics related with 1 – 3 yrs. of experience in data, decision making or related fields. 
• Strong SQL, Python and Excel skills are necessary, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools 
• Understanding of basic statistics and ability to apply them real time
