Senior Executive

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Western India, focusing on new cloud and cybersecurity opportunities. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, lead complex sales engagements and negotiations, collaborate with partners and internal teams, maintain accurate forecasts, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires proactive named-account hunting, enterprise sales expertise, competitive insight, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Audits outpatient and multispecialty surgery coding for quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance. Follows SOPs and project protocols, maintains productivity and clarification logs, escalates issues, identifies trends, responds to management communications, and supports team compliance with HIPAA and OIG requirements. The role requires CPC or CPMA certification, at least three years of post-certification coding experience, outpatient surgery expertise, strong communication skills, and reliable broadband for remote work.

Handles US healthcare accounts receivable calling by contacting insurers, resolving unpaid claims, prioritizing aging accounts, verifying insurance information, and following up to prevent revenue loss. The role also addresses billing queries, updates patient accounts, posts cash, applies contractual write-offs, meets productivity targets, escalates complex collection issues, and follows HIPAA, LCD/NCD, CPT, and modifier guidelines.
