We are seeking an experienced and dynamic to join our team. The ideal candidate shall possess strong background in facade design, BIM modeling and documentation with a proven ability to integrate the façade BIM between stages and across disciplines. This role demands technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary Global teams.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Façade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in facade design, a thorough understanding of facade systems and materials, and a proven ability to deliver practical solutions for complex projects. This role demands technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary Global teams
- Design and detailing of various façade elements involving different materialities and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, as well as international and local codes related to facade design.
- Report to Project Lead to support all project stages, including design development and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a facade contractor or consultancy.
- UAE and international experience are essential.
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and their applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Solid understanding of facade-related industry standards, as well as international and local codes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
