Lead functional design and configuration for SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing and FICA implementations. Implement, integrate, and support CI/FICA billing, invoicing, scheduling, reversals, AP/AR and dunning. Create documentation, communicate with customers and project teams, and work across SAP implementation lifecycle phases. Provide SAP FI expertise and customize CI/FICA events and invoice outputs.
Senior FICA CI Consultant
SAP CI (Convergent Invoice) & FICA:
At least two projects experience for implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract accounts (FICA).
Must have a strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC and CI-Billable items management-Creating and monitoring billable items FICA- AP/AR and Dunning Processes.
Must have knowledge on Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation, Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, Customization of events in CI and FICA, Invoice outputs from CI.
Preference: Knowledge on SOM & CC, BRIM Certification.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior FICA/RMCA consultant with hands on experience in configuration and functional designing.
Experience in Convergent Invoicing implementation, integration and support.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, end users and internal project teams.
Should also have good overall SAP FI skills.
Candidate must demonstrate through past project experiences solid knowledge gained in the specific areas indicated.
Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Candidate should have proven track record of working across different phases of SAP implementation life cycle.
