About the role
An exciting new position has become available for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team and partner with our Customer Operations portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to provide expert financial and commercial advice and analytical support focusing on budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analysis and month end. You will own the detailed processes supporting the successful delivery of the budget/forecast within Customer Markets Operations, including meeting with key business stakeholders and ensuring key targets are clear, well understood and owned by the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Provide high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Customer Markets Operations financial and operational results.
- Detailed analysis of financial and operational performance and developing the insights underpinning target setting.
- Identify and implement ways to improve the reporting of financial and operational information to management.
- Provide appropriate specialist input to support key finance and business stakeholders.
- Attend townhalls and leadership team meetings to deliver finance updates.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant demonstrated analytical accounting / finance experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Economics.
- CA / CPA qualifications are highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in providing financial analysis support to business management.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen to understand the dynamics of a complex industry.
- Ability to understand, utilise and improve sophisticated accounting and reporting systems.
- SAP business planning and consolidation experience is desirable.
- A motivated, proactive and professional attitude, high accountability, and ability to work collaboratively with others
