Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial guidance, analysis, and decision support to Particle41. Their role involves evaluating financial data, preparing detailed reports, and offering strategic insights to help businesses make informed decisions.

Role Overview:

Particle41 seeks a highly skilled Financial Analyst (CA and CS) to oversee financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have financial modeling, reporting, corporate governance, taxation, and regulatory compliance expertise, specifically in the IT sector.

In This Role, You Will:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects and investments.
  • Provide financial reports and dashboards for senior management.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, and SEBI regulations.
  • Ensure US state compliance with the Department of Labor in various US states, including employment tax and insurance. 
  • Monitor and implement changes in financial and corporate laws affecting the company.
  • Handle company secretarial work, including board meeting minutes, annual filings, and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS) and corporate governance norms as well as in the US. 

Taxation & Audits:

  • Manage tax planning and optimization, direct & indirect taxation, and ensure timely filing of returns.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Provide support for financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and investor relations.

Financial Control & Risk Management:

  • Oversee cash flow, fund management, and capital structure planning.
  • Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, including debt structuring and equity financing.

Corporate Finance & Strategic Advisory:

  • Assist in raising funds through banks, NBFCs, or private equity investments.
  • Support decision-making related to mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
  • Prepare presentations for investors, board meetings, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Company Secretary (CS) OR Certification in financial analyst certification is mandatory. (any one).
  • 9-12 years of experience in finance, taxation, budgeting, and corporate compliance with a successful financial management track record.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in the IT sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Tally, SAP, and ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, FEMA, and RBI compliance.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Taxation, Compliance & Regulatory Filings.
  • Audit,  fundraising,  debt structuring, financial due diligence, and investor relations is a must.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and  presentation skills to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
