This is not traditional accounting
role.
We are looking for a finance
professional who understands how a modern global
technology solutions company
operates. Someone who is equally comfortable processing month-end entries,
managing cash flow, reviewing consultant utilization reports, supporting
leadership decisions, and eventually owning payroll operations.
You will serve as the financial
backbone of the organization, partnering closely with leadership, delivery,
talent acquisition, and external accounting firms to ensure the business has
accurate financial data, operational visibility, and scalable processes.
This role offers a unique opportunity

executive leadership.
What
You’ll be Responsible for
Finance Operations
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping activities for Infoya and support global
finance operations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash
management activities.
- Process journal entries, accruals, Prepaids, and month-end close
activities.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records in
QuickBooks Online.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial
data.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Services Business Analytics
- Track consultant utilization and bench costs.
- Analyze revenue by client, project, and business unit.
- Support gross margin and project profitability reporting.
- Provide workforce and headcount reporting to leadership teams.
- Assist with resource planning and financial forecasting.
Payroll & Employee Finance
- Coordinate payroll activities.
- Manage vacation accruals, employee reimbursements, benefits
reconciliations, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across applicable
jurisdictions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with accounting firms, payroll providers,
banks, and vendors.
- Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.
- Support contract reviews, invoicing processes, and commercial
operations.
Process Improvement & Scale
- Build scalable finance processes and controls.
- Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Create reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve business
visibility.
- Help establish a world-class finance function that can support
Infoya's growth globally.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Operations,
Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
- Experience working within an IT Services, Consulting, Technology
Services, or Professional Services organization.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, month-end close, AP, AR, and
financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Zoho payroll or similar
accounting systems.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, financial
models, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting North American entities.
- Exposure to Canadian accounting or payroll processes.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, utilization reporting, and
project profitability analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI or reporting tools.
- Experience managing external accounting firms and payroll providers.
Education
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Professional accounting designations are welcome but not required.
