Location: Remote

Role Summary

Partner across the business to deliver insights and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in finance and accounting combined with advanced analytics, data engineering, and technical skills to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with IT on data architecture, integrations, and BI solutions.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
• Support system implementations and enhancements (ERP, EPM).
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Technical Competencies

• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, and advanced Excel (including PowerQuery) skills.
• Alteryx flow design experience
• Advanced Data visualization development
• Understanding of data warehouses, ETL processes, and API usage.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling and automation.
• Experience in ERP systems like Oracle (EBS/Fusion), SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• >5 years of experience in financial analysis combined with technical data skills.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, FP&A processes, and proven ability to partner across the business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/EPM systems (Oracle, Adaptive Planning).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to take instruction & then work independently to problem solve, analyze, and delivery useful accurate analyses and insights.
• Automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• High adoption and utilization of BI dashboards and reporting tools.
