Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and forecast Pharmaceutical Drug Rebates for proposed client formulary ranging from $50 million to $3 billion in rebates
• Perform critical role in the analysis of client formularies to determine client eligibility of rebates with respect to manufacturer contracts
• Incorporate strategies across Underwriting, Sales, Client Account Management, and various cross-functional teams to achieve new client growth and margin retention
• Identify and provide formulary recommendations to ensure rebates are market competitive to achieve new client growth and margin retention
• Problem solve creatively utilizing rebate knowledge to formulate rebate strategies that will offer market leading rates
• Be able to work on large and complex RFPs and identify new strategies to maximize rebates to support market competition
• Identify alternative pricing options and plan design changes based on economic analyses and trends.
• Gather, summarize and analyze detailed data. Strong aptitude for technical skills is required
• Create best practices to maximize efficiency and process workflow for projects with compressed timelines
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance or equivalent
• 3+ years of PBM experience
• Experience with pharmaceutical and PBM rebate contracts
• Proven solid MS Excel and database querying skills
• Proven excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Proven solid organization, multi-tasking, and follow up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial forecasting experience
• Proven healthcare or pharmaceutical background
