Senior Frontend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who feels at home in React + TypeScript and loves building modern, fast, and reliable user interfaces.

You’ll work on internal tools that power our logistics, operations, and customer experience across Europe — from web apps used by our staff to tools supporting warehouse and delivery systems.

We build things fast, iterate often, and ship to real users in days, not months.

You’ll join a cross-functional team with Backend Developers, QA, and Product Owners. Your job is to bring business ideas to life through great frontend architecture, clean UI, and smooth user experience.

Having some understanding of backend systems is a plus — it helps you see the bigger picture and collaborate better across the stack.

• Own features end-to-end on the frontend — from idea to live deployment.

• Turn complex problems into simple and intuitive UI/UX flows.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers on specs, and challenge them when needed.

• Build tools used by hundreds of internal users across multiple countries.

• Understand the business context and explore alternative solutions — not just execute tickets.

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, TanStack Query, Material UI, GraphQL.

• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently and deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.

• Architecture: Apply solid principles of architecture, state management, and reusable components.

• Backend curiosity: Experience or interest in backend development (Java, Spring Boot, or similar) is a strong plus.

• Review code, improve architecture, and share best practices.

• Ship fast. We don’t do three-month tickets.

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining frontend systems in production.

• Strong skills in React + TypeScript (Next.js experience is a plus).

• Solid understanding of how frontend integrates with backend systems and APIs.

• Backend overlap is a plus — whether that’s reading API code, tweaking backend responses, or collaborating on data flow.

• Experience with complex systems or larger-scale e-commerce/admin apps.

• Familiarity with accessibility, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.

• You think like an owner, not just an engineer.

• You want to understand the context and “why” before you start to build.

• You move fast and responsibly — quality and speed are not opposites.

• You actively use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to speed up development and reduce boilerplate.

• You’re ready to adopt AI-first workflows — from task shaping to testing to prototyping.

• You care about what you ship, how it performs, and never settle for mediocre solutions.
