IDT is looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer who can take technical leadership over UI development among Net2Phone projects.
Net2Phone is a UCaaS platform that helps thousands of businesses worldwide manage internal and external communications. The Unite Interface team is responsible for the frontend part of the Net2Phone services. You will be able to add features to existing apps and take part in creating new ones.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Architecture and development of Net2Phone product UI.
- The progressive integration of best enterprise practices into the existing development process.
- Sharing experiences among the team.
- Participating in internal agile meetings.
- Working on new features and supporting the product.
- Communicate with other departments: BackEnd Team, Product Managers, Design Dept.
We expect you to have:
- Strong knowledge of ECMAScript 2016+.
- Good experience in frontend frameworks or libraries (Angular, React.js, etc.)
- HTML, CSS, and build systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the architecture of responsive and performance web design.
- Deep understanding of principles and advantages of OOP and Functional programming paradigms in fronted context.
- Experience in integration unit testing and code quality instruments to CI pipeline.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to be a part of the team and to be a supportive teammate.
It would be a plus to have:
- Knowledge of any other programming languages, besides JS or TS.
- Experience in Docker development and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of Jenkins administration for build and deployment automation.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Heroku, etc.) or any other IaaS or PaaS.
