Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Kodigital.io, you will design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our core advertising platform. You’ll work alongside product managers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust, data-driven features in a fast-paced, test-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Clean Code & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; author unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
• Data Management: Design and optimize database schemas; manage SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) stores for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• API Integrations: Integrate with third-party APIs (social platforms, payment gateways, ad exchanges) and internal microservices.
• Collaboration & Reviews: Partner with UX/UI designers on user-centric features; conduct and participate in code reviews, driving continuous process improvements.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve production issues; monitor application health and implement robust error-handling.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Developer (or similar).
• Front-end: Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one modern framework (e.g., React).
• Back-end: Strong in Node.js (TypeScript or JavaScript); familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Databases: Solid understanding of both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Version Control: Daily use of Git; experience in branching strategies and pull-request workflows.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative mindset in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ad-Tech Experience: Prior work with advertising platforms, DSPs, or marketing automation.
• Social Media APIs: Hands-on with Facebook (Meta) API, Google Ads API, or similar.
• Cloud & Containers: Experience deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure; containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Agile Methodologies: Comfort with Scrum or Kanban, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
