Lead full-stack development of enterprise-grade apps using React/Next and Node. What You ’ll Do
You will join our high performance engineering team and contribute to building enterprise-grade applications while providing technical leadership across frontend and backend development.
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
Design robust frontend architectures and backend services that support enterprise-scale applications.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
Build reusable components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product teams, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
Integrate databases, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
What We Seek In You
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Express.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalable architecture, and microservices concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and observability platforms is desirable.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership is highly preferred.
- Ability to drive technical excellence and contribute to architectural decision-making.
