Through our cloud communication platform and powerful suite of APIs, we help enterprises deliver seamless experiences via WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Email, and more. Whether it's real-time messaging or conversational AI, we simplify communication and drive meaningful interactions across the customer journey.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer who can bring the CEQUENS brand to life across digital channels. In this role, you’ll own the creative direction and visual identity of CEQUENS across the web, advertising, campaigns, events, and social. You’ll be a key member of the marketing team—translating our vision and product stories into stunning, conversion-driven visuals.

The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through design, a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and AI trends, and hands-on experience with modern creative tools like Figma, Storylane, Canva, and Runway. Bonus points if you’re confident designing landing pages and light video content for web and social

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the CEQUENS visual brand across all digital platforms and assets
  • Design compelling and conversion-focused landing pages, ads, and web visuals
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, content, and growth teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns
  • Build and manage design systems and reusable templates for speed and scalability
  • Produce digital assets for integrated campaigns: web banners, email visuals, infographics, social graphics, event collateral, video thumbnails, and more
  • Provide art direction on motion/video when needed (experience with tools like Runway or CapCut is a plus)
  • Stay up to date with design trends, AI design tools, and creative best practices in B2B SaaS
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital design (tech/SaaS industry is a must)
  • Proven experience in web and UI/UX design including responsive layout principles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital campaigns, web design, and branding
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Storylane, Runway, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand systems
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, or enterprise tech products
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio submission is mandatory: Include a link or attach a PDF (max 3 pages) with your application. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
