- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and actionable insights.
- Design and implement A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives.
- Mentor junior staff and manage stakeholder communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ad formats.
- 4-6 years’ experience in paid marketing with a track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Expertise in additional advertising platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
- Advanced experience with A/B testing methodologies.
