As Hosting Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading the delivery of enterprise-grade hosted services. This is a high-impact position that combines operational leadership, strategic oversight, and customer engagement. You will be accountable for ensuring that mission-critical services remain highly available, secure, and efficient, while also driving innovation and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Hosting & Managed Services function, directing a team that ensures 24x7 availability, performance, and security across enterprise-level networks, systems, monitoring platforms, and associated tools.
Drive operational excellence by owning service delivery and ensuring SLAs are consistently met, overseeing incident and problem management, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives — with a strong focus on service automation and efficiency.
Provide strategic leadership across project delivery and operational readiness, ensuring solutions are production-ready, fully documented, and supported by robust acceptance criteria. Manage budgets, develop cost models, and negotiate effectively with vendors to optimize performance and cost.
Foster collaboration and partnerships, working closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Act as a senior consultant and trusted advisor, shaping hosted service solutions and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
Champion innovation and service improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, streamline operations, and strengthen the long-term hosted services strategy.
Proven success in delivering hosted services (e.g., SaaS) within a commercial environment.
Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams responsible for mission-critical 24x7 operations.
Strong background in vendor management and negotiations, with measurable outcomes in cost optimization and service quality.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
