Senior Infrastructure Lead - Assistant Vice President - C12 - CHENNAI/PUNE

The Infrastructure DBA Senior Tech Analyst is a Lead responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.

• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong background in designing enterprise data models and handling large scale enterprise databases .
• Proficient in database design, development, database architecture and data modeling
• 10+ Years Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
• 10+ years in architecture, sizing, tuning, and optimization of RDBMS systems
• 12+ years’ experience in the financial industry and with Risk Management is a plus.
• 12+ years’ experience with Data Modeling, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Cataloging, Data Replication.
• Expertise in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed environment
• Advanced ability including and scripting including Shell, Python & SQL
• Advanced ability to use tools and databases to parse, merge, analyze, and present capacity and performance data.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Overall IT experience in a Client-Server environment with practical knowledge of RDBMS systems, No-SQL, distributed, hybrid, and desktop technologies.
• Broad knowledge of advanced environment measurement & management tools, performance modeling tools, capacity analysis tools, and other advanced trending tools
• Integration of external tools, connectors, and APIs including APM, Database, Inventory, and other platforms/services
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
